Masalah pungutan liar atau pungli tampaknya tidak akan habis di kabupaten Simalungun, Bukan berkurang malah meraja lela dan terus terjadi di berbagai daerah.

Seperti di SD Negeri 091508 Desa Maligas Tongah, Kecamatan Tanah Jawa contohnya, Untuk biaya penebusan SKHUN saja pihak sekolah membandrol 150 ribu rupiah setiap siswanya.

Hal ini terungkap dari pernyataan salah seorang wali siswa bermarga Sinaga ketika dimintai keterangan oleh Reporter media ini pada Sabtu (22/06/2019) yang lalu.

” Kami merasa terbebani bang dengan adanya kutipan senilai 150 ribu itu ” ujar pria berusia 36 tahun tersebut.

Alasan sulitnya perekonomian yang dialami menjadi hal yang utama bagi Sinaga dan orangtua murid lainnya bahwa pengutipan uang untuk pengambilan SKHUN sangat memberatkan.

” Setelah lulus dari SD anak anakkan masih harus sekolah lagi bang dan pastinya itu makan banyak biaya ” ucapnya.

Polaria Pardede ketika dicoba untuk dikonfirmasi terkait adanya pengutipan tersebut belum berhasil karena kepala sekolah tersebut tidak berkenan menjawab pesan WhattsApp yang dikirimkan kepadanya.

Roberto Saragih selaku koordinator wilayah pendidikan dikecamatan Tanah Jawa mengaku belum mengetahui adanya pengutipan tersebut.

” Tidak diijinkan itu bang, Tapi sampai saat ini belum ada yang datang melapor ke pihak kita, Kalau memang betul ada silahkan dilaporkan saja ” papar Saragih.

Sinaga dan beberapa orangtua siswa yang terbebani dengan adanya kutipan tersebut mengatakan kepada media ini akan segera membuat laporan terbuka.

Kita akan buat laporan terbuka kepada Bupati Simalungun dan pak Presiden Joko Widodo terkait adanya pengutipan tersebut, Agar ada tindakan yang diambil terhadap kepala sekolah itu ” ucap sinaga. (Ricardo/Red)
